If you need to return a product to us, please note that we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us via WhatsApp, mobile or by email to initiate the return process. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
2 year warranty
We also offer a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product during this period, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided our refund requirements have been met. If the period of 14 days has lapsed, we cannot offer a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
